The Kominas - Wild Nights in Guantanamo Bay

The Kominas are a Punjabi punk band from the US. We have never come across a band like it, with tracks like Blow Shit Up, Walqeada Superstore and Suicide Bomb the GAP, this is not a band for wallflowers. They have a strong political stance, are original and are able to take the piss out of things too.
Mixing traditional punjab sounds with fast, hard punk is what they're about. We were thoroughly impressed by this album, it starts well and continues to progress and keep up the same quality sound and style all the way through.

They haven't broken the UK yet but we think they definitely have potential.
