The Kominas are a Punjabi punk band from the US. We have never come across a band like it, with tracks like Blow Shit Up, Walqeada Superstore and Suicide Bomb the GAP, this is not a band for wallflowers.
Boozin of the 5000
Posted September 9th, 2008 by HazelSubversion attended Boozin of the 5000 in New Cross over the weekend, we caught both Saturday and Sunday but the winning band for us by far was Monkish, who played on the Saturday afternoon.
Slaughterday Festival @ The Purple Turtle

Spirit of 77 and Defcon Zero @ The Dev
Posted July 23rd, 2008 by HazelDefcon Zero blew us away in the Dev on Sunday night (20th July). The pub was packed out and there was a lot of moshing in front of the stage, washed down with a mixture of beer, cider and ales.
